Matthew Phillips serves as a Business Manager with the Jennifer Reynolds State Farm office in Pikeville, KY, bringing more than 20 years of experience working alongside Agent Jennifer Reynolds. With his longstanding background, Matthew is a reliable point of contact for customers with questions related to Commercial insurance and Flood insurance. He is licensed in both Life/Health and Property/Casualty insurance, allowing him to help individuals and small business owners explore coverage options that align with their needs. A graduate of Pikeville High School, Matthew also earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Pikeville. Outside the office, he is the proud parent of one child who attends University of Pikeville, and is in the nursing program. Jordan Mullins
Office Manager
Jordan Mullins is a licensed team member with the Jennifer Reynolds State Farm office who brings energy, community involvement, and dedication to his role. A 2016 graduate of Pike County Central High School, Jordan went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Pikeville. He currently resides in the Belfry area, where he is happily married and actively involved in the local community. Jordan continues to support his former school by volunteering as the public address announcer for football, basketball, and softball games, where his enthusiasm enhances the experience for players and fans alike. At the Pikeville State Farm office, Jordan is licensed in property and casualty, as well as life insurance, and enjoys working with customers to help them review options for auto, home, and life insurance needs.
